Anyone who buys a portion of fritas from our Airstream trailers could easily believe they are in sunny Spain. Spicy freshly cut fries with a wide range of Mediterranean toppings, surrounded by Spanish snacks.
MAKE YOUR OWN FRIES
Fries preparation is not difficult but they are tastier when freshly cut, using whole potatoes. At our fries buses, you can cut your own fries using our artisan fries cutter. A potato goes in, delicious fries come out. Simple, don’t you think?

This year we introduced a completely biodegradable disposable line and added various vegan products to our menu.
MEET OUR STARS
CITROËN HY
Built in 1977, this beauty is already 43 years old, but still feels young at heart. It was originally set up as a cocktail bar, but it can also be configured as a health food truck, serving toasties and smoothies. Our hot dogs and milkshakes are also served from this BUS.

AMERICAN SCHOOL BUS
This vehicle used to take children to school and back in Newark, New Jersey. It has now been converted into an American Burger truck. Our hot dogs and milkshakes are just as American as the bus itself. This American beauty and the menu are made for each other.

AIRSTREAM XS
The Airstream Safari (1963) is a real show-off! Her length makes it easy to manoeuvre the vehicle without having to compromise capacity. The orange and white interior is a tribute to our very first food truck. We were sorry to have to let it go in 2017. The Airstream XS can be booked to serve any of our concepts, including Las Fritas and our Loaded Fries.

AIRSTREAM L
Our Airstream Sovereign (1967) was our very first Las Fritas trailer, which we converted in 2015. We learned the art of frying fries in this vehicle. Just like our other trailers, we built in an air purification system, meaning we can fry in the vehicle with virtually no odours.
The sunny interior has yellow and white stripes. We serve the Las Fritas, Las Fritas Vegan and the Loaded Fries concept from this trailer.
9.5 m x 2.5 m x 3.5 m (LxWxH)
AIRSTREAM XL
This Airstream Land Yacht (1969) is 10 metres long, hence the name. It is our biggest and most impressive trailer. The red- and white-striped interior is the perfect fit for any event with a circus or parade theme. We serve our delicious fritas, vegan-style or not, and our loaded fries.

AIRSTREAM GERMANY
This newest addition to the vehicle park is based on a franchise agreement. Jeroen and Roy are making their mark in Germany with their own converted Airstream. Our neighbours are discovering our delicious concept. Las Fritas Germany serves fresh fritas made of sweet and standard potatoes, with our well-known Spanish toppings.
